We could have bought both Items for under $10 at any Local Car Parts Store This is a brand new car and YOU should be Supplying the Proper Oil for this Car, and if it's the proper Oil, then you don't need an Oil Enhancer Same as a Ethanol Defender. By adding those 2 items just to get some money from a FREE OIL CHANGE is unethical to say the least. We will never Purchase any other vehicle from your Dealership, nor will we recommend anyone to purchase from you as well. You need to refund her money for the Snake Oil you sold her, she has no idea about an engine and the Additives you snakingly sold her. You're wrong in every sense of the way.
