Nirav was patient and at no time did I feel pressured to make a hasty decision. Once I made my purchase decision, the process was easy and stress-free. Nirav took care of preparing all the necessary paperwork so when I returned to complete the financial and ownership transactions, there was very little wait time. He went over all the operational features of the car and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Nirav, and really, all the staff at DCH Brunswick Toyota! They made purchasing a new car a positive experience. More
