I only waited a little more than an hour in the very comfortable waiting room with fresh fruits, donuts, and all sorts of beverages. It was turned in for repair on the day that the bad storm came over the area with hail, Ruben called us immediately asking if it was possible to keep the car 1 more day because you had to bring the inventory into the shop for protection. we had no problem with this request he was very apologetic I let him know it was not his fault cant mess with mother nature.
