We purchased a used acura from this dealership. They told us everything was fine with the vehicles. We heard some noise after a few days and took it to another Acura dealership in our area. We obtained information on the vehicle and found out this was NEVER done. Mr. Dumetz said he would fix it. He never barely returns calls. They asked us to bring the vehicle back down so they can ascertain the problem. We spoke with the dealership in our local area, they said they'd be happy to talk with Rick Case Acura about there findings... We even sent the diagnosis and repair detail costs to Rick Case Acura. Mr. Larson came back and said he is not paying for it. **** They are dishonest and do not keep their word. **** We are elderly people and they took advantage. THEY SMILE IN YOUR FACE and STEAL from you. More
