My son's 2015 VW Passat TDI had coolant leak problem appearing from nowhere for the past two years. Him and I have taken the car to two different dealerships one VW of Naples and one in St. Petersburg. appearing from nowhere for the past two years. Him and I have taken the car to two different dealerships one VW of Naples and one in St. Petersburg. This problem has nothing to do with the dealerships and hast to do with the VW design. Doing my last visit, I spoke with George about my problems. My son visits frequently from USF to Naples and I didn't want to him to worry anymore. I described my problem to Jeorge and I indicated him that my son needs a new car that is affordable yet good for a college student. We agreed on a brand new Jetta. It took two back and forth phone calls to agree on trade in value. That is it. I paid my deposit Jeorge went to work on finding my son's black on black Jetta SE. Trucking issues made his life difficult. A week later he found my son's car. I went to the dealer, the price and trade in were as agreed and as it is written on their website, they charged me for the state tax (less trade in value tax), $799 dealer fee, $199 for electronic registration, and $82 for the transfer of the plate. Other dealers in the area charge other fees that can add up to inflate price of the car. Overall, I am impressed with Jeorge to make this purchase a very pleasant one. Until the car was delivered he constantly posted on the availability of the car. He is very sincere hardworking young man! I will highly recommend him. More
