Jason Pirkle did it again.. This is the 3rd Jeep that we have purchased from Jason in less then 2 years. We purchased 2 Jeep Wranglers prior and this time it was for a Jeep Grand This is the 3rd Jeep that we have purchased from Jason in less then 2 years. We purchased 2 Jeep Wranglers prior and this time it was for a Jeep Grand Cherokee.....my dream car! To be perfectly honest each time we have decided to purchase a Jeep we have dealt with another Jeep dealership near the Mall of Georgia, and each time we end up back at Hayes! Everytime we have dealt with Jason it has been absolutely zero hassle. From the moment that you walk into the dealership you are treated like family. When you purchase a vehicle with Hayes there is no back and forth with the manager, because the best deal is always given from the start. We cannot be more pleased with our Grand Cherokee. Just when you think Jason couldn't top the last 2 transactions he did it again! We would never consider purchasing from a different dealership. Hayes, Jason is a true asset to your organization! We hope you treat him well! We also want to mention Ruben in the finance department. This is the first time that we have dealt with him, but the loan process was seamless from start to finish. My first buying experience alone This was not the first time I have ever bought a car. I have bought three other cars but I usually brought my father along with me. This time, I wanted to be able to buy a car on my own merit. It was an exceptional experience. From the salesman to the financial representative, I felt completely at ease. The old stereotypical fear of being a woman buying a car was just that ... a fear. In reality, I was treated exceptionally well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Bravo Hayes!!! Once I came to the dealership he was very friendly and treated me like an old friend. Super nice guy. He worked with me on several vehicles. I originally drove the Journey. I liked that vehicle. The Journeys were listed on the internet at a discounted price of $17,500.00 Mr Josh helped me select a vehicle and wrote up the paper work for me. When finance found out that I had a discount thru my employer and a trade with clear title, they told me I did not qualify for the internet price. To me that is not fair and sorta like false advertising. If a consumer has additional discounts that would lower the cost and help them, you would think the dealership would honor that. Then I switch to the Dart, for this is what my husband liked, and was told the cost would be the same and I would not quality for the full discount on those. I was not very happy but we continued with the loan. If it had not been for Josh being so nice, I would of have walked away and went somewhere else. The salesmen work very hard and then finance makes it unpleasant. With the price differences posted and all my discounts, there should of have been about another 2500 taken off. For I had a discount of 1% over invoice but no one would show me the invoice. so it was probably more. but I was given $2000.00 as a discount only - not the $5000 that was advertised on the net. So in my option, the dealership owes me $1500.00 but I know that will never happen. I will recommend Josh for he was awesome. Finance is not as honest as they should be, very dishonest with the rebates. More

From the minute we stepped into parking lot looking at vehicles Jeremy came over to us, introduced himself and was as ploite and nice as any one could be.
