Great Salesman! Ruben had everything ready when we came to make a final decision on the purchase of the vehicle and was able to get us a great price. We had shopped around, especially at the nearby dealer and online. Hayes in Gainesville was the only one who had the vehicle we wanted. My wife wanted to see the vehicle before we made a final decision, so we drove the extra distance to see it. Once she was satisfied, we made the purchase. Ruben had done all of the preparation work even though he knew we might not buy the vehicle. Our son said it was the fastest he had ever seen a vehicle purchased. Ruben is to be commended for all the work he did from the time I called him on the phone the first time until we arrived to see the vehicle. I highly recommend him. More

I am a bit impatient and typically lack much time to offer in shopping for a car. Matt Eberhart was my sales person and was incredibly patient, service oriented and listened to my concerns, needs and opinions! He was most understanding and did enormous research and work to accommodate my needs! Made it fun! Ruben in finance was great as well! I like straight transparent dialogue! He made the paperwork clear, specific and answered my questions well. I drove away in my newly purchased car feeling well served and my business well appreciated! Simply stated, it has been a great purchasing experience all the way around! Trust is a most important basis and value for me! I have a solid trust in the persons and process after the purchase!!! More

Managers lie to sell cars purchased a jeep was told by the manager that the lift on it was installed at the dealership. Had to go back a couple days later for a small issue and purchased a jeep was told by the manager that the lift on it was installed at the dealership. Had to go back a couple days later for a small issue and was told by the lift installer for the dealership it was not lifted there, and would not be covered under the existing warranty. They gave us the option to walk out of the deal, but with my schedule and my wife's we do not have days off together so taking another vacation day was not an option. If they would have been truthful from the beginning I would had went else where that day. The sales guy was new but did a great job just be careful for the managers that just want to make sales no matter who they are doing wrong. More

I traveled 1,300 miles round trip for my Jeep & worth it!!! I travel "1,300 MILES" round trip for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler!!! :) I serve in the US Army & had driven the old Willys (Old Army Jeeps) & HMMWVEES (H I travel "1,300 MILES" round trip for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler!!! :) I serve in the US Army & had driven the old Willys (Old Army Jeeps) & HMMWVEES (High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle). After serving, I actually wanted a type of dune buggy to have funny, something to help me work on my 10 acres & a convertible so I can let my hair go in the wind (I am bald). I will also use this jeep to help find the people who are homeless in the cold weather, like when it snows & bring them in from the cold preventing them from freezing to death! My beautiful wife of 35 years suggested I get a Jeep, which would cover all my needs & my male menopause mid life crisis! I knew I married my beautiful wife for her smarts (we're talking BIG browny points here)!!! :) So, I decided to research everything about different types of new Jeeps & it needed to fit my budget. Next I started looking locally in my town & couldn't find any that met my needs, wants & also looking for a good to great deal! So I had to expand my search, State wide, & finally Nation wide. All this research of the type of jeep I needed, wanted & looking Nation wide, took a little over 2 months until I found a Jeep of my needing & wanting! My concern of searching Nation was finding a Jeep where I would travel a long distance, & once I got there, I would be deceived about the Jeep NOT being well maintained &/or the dealership's staff being unprofessional or would have other unknown encounters that was NOT to my goals. So, before I left to travel anywhere, I had made up my mind to walk away if I had to even if I had to travel 1,300 MILES round trip!!! Here's where the Staffing Team in Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Gainesville, Georgia, played a key role in, if I were to purchase a Jeep from them or just walk away. I had been communicating with Sales Staff starting with Tracy & then Tyler at Hayes dealership for a couple of weeks. I meet them by looking in a website called CarGurus while looking to purchase a Jeep. The Jeep I was looking at was well displayed in CarGurus. Let me just say to me they were & are a professional Staffing Team, starting with Sales, Service & Finance Teams. I started with Tracy & ended with Tyler on the Sales Team who helped me. Bruce was in charge of the Service Team who included Nick, Cory & Terry. This Service Team was VERY important to me and if I were to purchase the Jeep, because simply put, if the Sales & Finance Teams may have all the planets aligned for me, but if the used Jeep is in poor condition or NOT to my needing/wanting, then I would walk! Before I had even made a decision to drive 1,300 miles round trip, I had to have a phone interview with the head of service, because if I don't think or feel the Jeep is in sound condition, why even continue with this deal. I spoke with Bruce the Head of Service Team & I was very impressed with (1) his knowledge & professionalism, (2) his caring & taking pride in his work! Bruce's trade mark was on each Jeep he &/or his Service Team work on to enhance. To me the Jeep I was buying & that Bruce worked on by putting large tires, fancy rims, bumpers front & rear, lift, suspension & shock kit, winch, hood vent, muffler & large air filter intake, made the Jeep looked "AWESOME!" Now the question remained if the Jeep was sound & in good to excellent condition! Even though I had interviewed Bruce & the Jeep looked AWESOME, I still had to drive it & inspect it & this phone interview made up my mind to drive 1,300 round trip! I-DO-NOT-REGET traveling that far! I am honored to have Bruce's trade mark of excellence on my new Jeep!!! He even had the Jeep service up to date with the many check points, wheel alignments, & oil change! Tyler, before I left with my new Jeep, had the Jeep detailed & top off with gas! All of which I was very grateful & impressed!!! On the day of me traveling through two states to get there, Tracy waited for me till I got there at 8pm. I am very grateful she waited for me. Tyler played a key roll in having all my request done while communicating hundreds of miles away & he continued when I arrive there! This was a BIG plus for me as I was just in the beginning of the deal. Once there, I requested items put on the Jeep that would help me increase gas mileage. This was extra & I had brought my own financing, but would it not cover the whole cost of the items that would help me save gas. So Tyler went to work for me with his Support Team & it included the Finance Team. We crushed numbers & re-crushed numbers about three more times until it all fit & got a decent interest rate. I didn't want to put anything down, although I ended up putting $1,000 down. This would actually help me in the long run. Next was the signing of the papers. Here again, I was prepared to walk if the numbers didn't fit! Ruben in the Finance Team was very professional & informative. He provided several options for maintenance plans. I was NOT going to get any, however, my last new vehicle I bought in 1993, a Plymouth Voyager & drive it down to trade it in for my new Jeep, so I knew that I would keep this new Jeep until my kids would have to pry my senile hands off the stirring wheel, in other words I planning to keep this Jeep for at least 20 years or more! Yes, I got the full maintenance package! Ruben also helped get my taxes paid in my own state!!! To me, this is a BIG plus of Hayes Finance going out of their way to help me, being from a different state to help me get my tags paid & done! I was very impressed, especially since my local dealer would NOT do this! I'm am very grateful the Hayes Gainesville did! I am honored, satisfied & happy to say that NO Staffing let me down & in fact they surpassed my standards & concern having to drive over 1,300 miles round trip!!! Everyone worked hard for me for this deal to come to light & in today's day & age, sadden to say, doesn't happen often! And this is why I give them 5 Stars & wrote this comment in detail, because the Hayes Staff went above & beyond the call of duty...the least I can do, is to let people know of my AWESOME experience, my new Jeep I bought & a BIG THANK YOU to Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Gainesville, Georgia! :) More
