Amazing experience I had an amazing experience at Universal Nissan. I wasn't even sure if I would be approved for a car but they made it happen. I spoke with Ruben Matos I had an amazing experience at Universal Nissan. I wasn't even sure if I would be approved for a car but they made it happen. I spoke with Ruben Matos the first day I cane who helped me lay out options and a car that would work for me and the second day closed the deal wuth Robert Espejo. Both of them are the most amazingly patient and helpful sales consultants I've seen thus far. I also had the pleasure of meeting the sales manager Jose St. Hilaire who was extremely helpful and reassured me they would be able to work with me. Then Adriano from finance even got me an awesome deal that included gap and an extended warranty for a lower interest rate than I originally agreed to. I walked in thinking I wouldn't be able to get a car at all and left with a 2017 Altima at a price lower than I expected. I would highly recommend this dealership. They won't pressure you into anything you can't afford and they're all extremely helpful when working with your budget and getting you approved. More
