We came to help my son purchase a used car and establish his credit after getting his first full-time job. Marquardt made the experience an absolute pleasure from the owner to all staff involved. Miguel was our salesperson, showed our son a variety of vehicles in his price range. Even though our son is only 20, he went above and beyond and explained the details and the sales process carefully to him with as much respect and regard as a much older customer might expect. Ruben and Deanna assisted in finalizing the financing and insurance details and gave good advice and made the buying process a pleasure. From Kurt the owner stopping in to the rest of the team, we felt like they were dealing with us the way they would deal with family. The staff stayed late to complete the last minute details too, making sure we were taken care of. We never felt pressured and the whole process was very straight forward and pleasant. One side note, the vehicle, a 2012 LaCrosse, developed a floppy visor a few days later and the service team took care of the issue, no questions asked. A class act all around! This will be our first choice for future vehicle purchases and we highly recommend Marquardt Buick-GMC for anyone in the market for a new or used car. More

They did a great job of keeping me informed of my order status throughout the process, and when I was informed that the package I ordered was no longer available, Dave helped me piecemeal options together to pretty much get what I wanted with the exception of a few features. Blake was the salesman who helped me from initial greeting through delivery and was great to work with. The whole experience was very pleasant and made me a very happy customer. More
