Regretfully purchased I only purchased here because I could not find the combination I wanted at another dealership at that time, but I wish I had waited, Not satisfied wi I only purchased here because I could not find the combination I wanted at another dealership at that time, but I wish I had waited, Not satisfied with the customer service at all, as he had limited knowledge of the vehicle when asking questions but just kept telling me it was a good looking car. Sales rep rode in the vehicle with me and my guest during the test drive, which was off putting to be watched while trying to evaluate the vehicle. I had to wait almost 2 weeks after inquired about the vehicle online before I could test drive (title issues, even though traded into their dealership). The carfax report changed between the time I inquired and purchased, which the sales rep was not aware of nor could he speak to it. When negotiating my trade in, sales rep and his manager wanted me to go pick up my alternative set of snow tires to make the deal (they don't even fit in the vehicle I was trading in, walked away from the deal that evening). During negotiation, sales had me write down the number and sign on the line that I would buy the car at that deal, then went to his manager and couldn't get the deal (I was ready to buy and had to leave that night without a deal). Certified pre-owned vehicle had to be serviced the next day for broken heated seat and door light. Also, they have yet to acknowledge any liability to address a damaged badge seen or interior A pillar slice seen in the daylight day after purchased. Also, certified preowned tires had to be replaced within 1 month of purchase and engine already needs to come in for re-flashed because shifts from 4th to 5th improperly. I won't make the same mistake of purchasing from here again. More

Stayed Late to Help! My husband and I were on the fence about buying the used Jeep so much so that we waited too long to go see it and the dealership was closing. I really My husband and I were on the fence about buying the used Jeep so much so that we waited too long to go see it and the dealership was closing. I really wanted to have the Jeep as soon as possible and Rubin agreed to stay late to help us look at it and discuss our options. We ended up deciding to purchase it that night as it was such a great deal and Rubin stayed two hours past closing time to assist us in the purchase. He even washed the car as we dealt with financials in the dark! His service was beyond exceptional and he did not complain about staying so late even once. We would definitely return here to make another purchase if needed. More
