Our sales associate, Rubin Bell, was helpful throughout the process and really made us feel like he valued our business, before, during, and after the sale. He even provided us with some touch up paint and extra batteries for the key fobs before we left. This is the best buying experience I've ever had, including when I bought a much more expensive vehicle from a luxury brand dealership. Mistake after Mistake We did online searching to find the vehicle we wanted. We had narrowed it down to one at Golling and another vehicle. I called in an effort to get a We did online searching to find the vehicle we wanted. We had narrowed it down to one at Golling and another vehicle. I called in an effort to get a definite price, and also that the van could be test driven and if we liked it purchased at the same time.(We live four hours from Golling). The first salesman said they had a sensor to change, but that the van could be driven tomorrow. He never called me back. I called again the next day and got transferred to a second salesman who said the van was ready to go and to come on up. Upon arrival we found out that they were still waiting on the part they needed, but that yes we could test drive the van. After test driving we waited 2 hours to finalize the paperwork after deciding we would take care of the sensor ourselves. They had us incorrectly fill out the title for transfer to our name and had to ship us a form to fix that paperwork. Once that was filled out we sent it back to them so they could submit it to the Michigan DMV. After three weeks and repeated calls we still do not have a title. We also received emails from 4 different people up to two weeks after we purchased the vehicle asking us if we wanted to come test drive the vehicle we had already purchased. More

Customer Service I was really disappointed in the service I had at Golling. After getting a run around of pricing options, the salesman finally came down in price, to I was really disappointed in the service I had at Golling. Only for him to call back and admit he didn't have clearance to offer the vehicle for that price, and couldn't sell it to me. I contacted management, and never heard back. Just poor service. Such a shame because I was ready to purchase on the spot. A week later, I purchased a vehicle from another dealership. More
