I called ahead and asked them to hold the vehicle until I could drive down there. It was ready and parked in front when I arrived. I appreciated working with Rubin Lapidus; he was low key sales pitch. What impressed me most was being encouraged to keep a car overnight to drive at night. I ended up needing to keep a car for a couple sales pitch. What impressed me most was being encouraged to keep a car overnight to drive at night. I ended up needing to keep a car for a couple of days, and Rubin kept reassuring me it was OK to do so.....and by driving the car for several days, when I did sign paper work to buy my Mazda, I wasn't intimidated by "new car-itis" when I drove off the lot, despite promptly forgetting half of what Rubin told me and showed me about the car! More
