Rudy was great help! I was unable to drive my vehicle from where I was at, it had a coolant leak and it was smoking. Arrigo a une des pires politiques en matière de management que j’ai pu voir! Inciter ses employés à harceler les clients pour recevoir de bonnes critiques pour recevoir leur salaire complet est ina management que j’ai pu voir! Inciter ses employés à harceler les clients pour recevoir de bonnes critiques pour recevoir leur salaire complet est inadmissible ! Yonly, qui s’est occupé de mon cas est humain et donc imparfait. Il aurait pu mieux anticiper et s’organiser mais a fait son boulot correctement. Exiger l’excellence n’est pas un problème en soit mais vos méthodes sont vraiment tordues. Je souhaite bien du courage à vos employés. Sachez que je ne recommanderais certainement pas Arrigo à aucune de mes connaissances, non pas dû au service qui m’a été fourni mais parce que je ne partage en rien vos valeurs et méthodes.
