Andrea and Rudy were honest and genuine, and I never felt pressured in any way which was very different than all of my previous car shopping experiences. The price was fair, and Andrea was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. If you don't believe me, you can check with my daughter because she talked Andrea's ears off the entire time we were there. And Andrea acted like she enjoyed every minute of it. When a friend of the family found out we were looking for a car, she told me Paramount would be worth my time to check out. She was right. Great Experience When I saw the vehicle we were interested in online I reached out to the dealer to make sure it was still available before making the trip up from Gas When I saw the vehicle we were interested in online I reached out to the dealer to make sure it was still available before making the trip up from Gastonia. Andrea confirmed it was and said she would have it out front ready for us when we got there. When we arrived a vehicle was out there but wasn't the one that I had seen online. She met us out front and let us know that the vehicle we were looking for was on the showroom floor so she pulled a comparable model for us to drive. She made sure we had all the information we needed before making any decisions. She also was very personable and made my wife and I and our 2 young kids feel right at home, she even brought a small chair from the kid area into her office for my daughter to sit in while we discussed things. Everyone that passed by or saw us was very nice and made us feel welcomed, which gave us the peace of mind that we were working with the right dealership. I would highly recommend doing business here to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Paramount VW diminishes the typical car dealership stigma of deception and secrecy but with transparency and compassion. Ernie and Rudi were an unstoppable force that went above and beyond your typical dealership to ensuring my wife and I felt welcomed during the entire process while Logan and Bobby were quick to ensure our previous car service had always been taken care of at OUR convenience, not just theirs. With 12 years of military experience, it is nice to know that my family and I are always treated with respect and gratitude any time we step foot on the lot, even AFTER we have made a car purchase.
