The sales & finance people were excellent. The service department was something to be desired. There were many addons by the dealership which were not provided at first. I returned the next day very ups department was something to be desired. There were many addons by the dealership which were not provided at first. I returned the next day very upset. The vehicle was not prepped properly for delivery. There were 2 kits, pinstriping (which I said I didn't need, as I thought it would be additional $$$), mud flaps & wheel locks. There were other items which I have no idea if the work was done. Kim at the service department was courteous & professional. HOWEVER, I'll need make another return trip to the dealership for the aforementioned wheel locks, as they still are not on the vehicle. Is this anyway to run a business? I don't think so. I did purchase a service plan, which I'll probably cancel. Will bring to you for the 1,000 mile inspection. After that, I'll probably make the trek to Ocala for servicing. I don't feel I can trust your service department at this point. I paid a substantial amount of money for this vehicle, & can't get over the feeling that I was taken advantage of. I do have a question...Can you blame me? My problem is entirely with the service department. The sales & finance people were terrific. More
