Westfield Ford is the best run dealership I ever purchased a car from. The entire staff bent over backwards to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. purchased a car from. The entire staff bent over backwards to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. More

I purchased a new plug-in hybrid Escape from Westfield. Russ Brown made the sale simple and financing helped me with a discount. The staff detailed the car nicely and I am very happy with my new Ford. Russ Brown made the sale simple and financing helped me with a discount. We were buying from out of state, and feel they took advantage of us. The sales guy tried to use his health issues to make us feel bad, to help convince us to buy the car. The vehicle runs great, but he advantage of us. The sales guy tried to use his health issues to make us feel bad, to help convince us to buy the car. The vehicle runs great, but he wasn't honest about all the dents and scratches on it. We bought the vehicle anyways, but then got a horrible surprise after getting it home and washing it. We don't know exactly what they used to cover the sanded down and primed spot over the back wheel well, but after washing it all the cover up came off and now it looks awful. Overall it was not a good experience and I would NEVER buy a vehicle from here again. More

We got an email clai Before going to Westfield Ford, my credit union emailed our buyers service paperwork so we wouldn’t have to haggle over prices. We got an email claiming that they received our buyer’s service offer but once we arrived at Westfield, we were told that they could not honor it due to ‘limited inventory and the backup in computer chips’. I’ve used our a buyers service over the years and Westfield is the first dealership that didn’t accept it. After the test drive, we told the sales person that we had approved financing through our credit union and we didn’t want any new inquiries on our credit–later I found out Westfield actually ran, not 1 or 2, but 4 hard inquiries on my credit without our permission. Those 4 hard inquiries will reduce my credit score for the next 2 years. But my experience at Westfield really went downhill once we began working with Omar of their finance dept. I told him that I didn’t want any extended warranties, yet somehow I later found a warranty - their Package A Elite which only covers the windshield and the paint job for $2500. He claims the Package A warranty can’t be removed and it’s added to all new vehicle purchases. In all, he built in $5,644 of additional dealer installed options. Even after reviewing the paperwork, we still can’t figure out what $3000 of those options were for. We finally signed after 4 hours at the dealership. When I sent the bill of sale to my credit union, initially they would not approve because Westfield’s price & dealer options were over 125% of the what the car was worth. Since I had already signed, I was advised to buy gap insurance – which is only necessary in an "underwater" deal. After about a week, I got a text message (presumably from the finance dept– they didn’t identify themselves) with their Delivery Checklist needed to register my warrantee. Most places scan documents so you can sign and send it back – Westfield sent the form in a text message with a cell photo of the document – totally ridiculous & unprofessional; they didn’t even take care to get a straight photo. One of my many mistakes here (in addition to going to Westfield Ford in the first place) was shopping for a car at a place that didn’t honor my credit union’s buyer’s service – I’ve purchased my last 3 vehicles that way & Westfield is the first dealer that did not honor it. My next mistake was not asking enough questions about their numbers and driving the vehicle home with a temporary contract. We should have walked out. I’m a stroke survivor so I’ve slowed a bit, and my wife is an immigrant - they really took advantage of us. There was a song ‘if their lips are moving then they’re lying’ – perfect song for my experience at Westfield. Be forewarned. More

From 1980's style sales tactics to outright lying and deceitful behavior, this dealer is a blemish on the Ford brand. I'll likely never buy a Ford vehicle again after this experience. The internet sales team and I agreed on a vehicle price via email before I visited the showroom. Once there, the salesman and his manager both attempted to double-charge vehicle destination fee and claimed that "every Ford dealer does this" because they need to advertise their prices so aggressively online. They both apologized late, but it was embarrassing to watch and an incredibly frustrating experience. Now, two weeks later, I'm still asking the dealer to return my initial credit card deposit which was not part of the payment. Despite multiple promises that they will do so, they haven't. I was also forced to pay for nitrogen-filled tires, though I had no need or want for them. It was only $150, so I agreed just so that I could end the negotiation. This is the type of dealership that gives car dealers a bad name, and the type of dealership that continues to destroy the Ford brand with younger buyers. Ford should be ashamed that this place has their logo outside of it. They should be a buy here-pay here lot that makes their money repossessing cars. More

It was the worst! I came in to buy 2 trucks valued at over 100,000. the salesman used the old trick about the value of the car. he promised me 13,000 then when I got I came in to buy 2 trucks valued at over 100,000. the salesman used the old trick about the value of the car. he promised me 13,000 then when I got in there for the final deal he knocked it down to 10,000 because there was 200.00 in damage to the bumper. I laughed at him and he said yesterday was yesterday and today is today..................what a joke these salesman are. dont trust this dealer at all More

Treated like I was under educated I warned my daughter to avoid this dealership as they have been less than adequate in the past. She made an appointment anyway for a Saturday. They to I warned my daughter to avoid this dealership as they have been less than adequate in the past. She made an appointment anyway for a Saturday. They told her the car wouldn't be ready til Tuesday and she could get a rental car at no charge from Enterprise. Well, the car rental was closed and we never did get a car as they were closed the next day too. We had also purchased a bumper to bumper warranty that we were told NEVER expires And could be sold with the car. NOT TRUE. When picking up the car I was told a warranty like that would cost $20,000.00 (told to me like I had three heads). When calling Ford's Customer Service in Dearborn, MI, I was told that I needed to take this up with the dealer. The dealer claimed I need to take this up with Ford. Hmmm. I've yet to learn how to talk from both sides of my mouth. Avoid this dealer. I doubt that I would ever purchase a Ford again. More
