Horrible expierence! Do not go here! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE! The mechanics try to sell every single service to you claiming cheaper prices. Then when you come in to pick Do not go here! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE! The mechanics try to sell every single service to you claiming cheaper prices. Then when you come in to pick up the car you pay 3 times the amount. I came in to drop my car off because a transmission error and my oil changed. My assosciate Jim called me multiple times claiming my tires, break pads, and other things needed servicing. I declined all but clearly there was a misunderstanding because I came in and had to pay 370$. When trying to solve the problem with the manager made fun of me and tried to sell me a new car? He then proceeded to talk about me with a multiple of his coworkers and hung up on me several times. I honestly have no idea how this dealership still makes money. I hope that no one else has such a horrible expierence. People who work here have no customer service skills and are just outright rude. More
