A notable moment was when we discovered an oversight a few days after the purchase—our approved student graduate discount had not been applied. When I reached out to the dealership, they were extremely understanding and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They voided the original contract and created a new one with the discount applied, ensuring we received the benefits we were eligible for.
