From start to finish, Russ was incredibly attentiv Jacobs BMW, and I can confidently say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, Russ was incredibly attentive to our needs, maintaining the utmost professionalism while ensuring clear and open communication throughout the process. At no point did I ever feel pressured, which truly set the tone for a stress-free experience. A notable moment was when we discovered an oversight a few days after the purchase—our approved student graduate discount had not been applied. When I reached out to the dealership, they were extremely understanding and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They voided the original contract and created a new one with the discount applied, ensuring we received the benefits we were eligible for. This level of integrity and customer care is truly commendable. Additionally, although a technical support person was unavailable to explain the features of our new electric BMW, Russ stepped in without hesitation. He spent close to an hour with us after the purchase, patiently walking us through the car’s technology and helping us set everything up. His dedication to making sure we were comfortable and confident with our new car was remarkable. Overall, this is the type of experience every car buyer deserves. If you’re considering a BMW, I wholeheartedly recommend Bill Jacobs and especially Russ Millard for his exceptional service. Thank you for making this such a positive and memorable experience! More
