Technician was very condescending and suggested that my issue was "Operator Error". I still have the same issue with batteries dying every 2-3 months. I have a drawer full of them to prove it. Russ was over the top this time. Not only did he arrange for to me to have a loaner car, but he informed that my repair would be no charge! I was beyond shocked.
