Less than stellar buying experience: sales department was not very interested in walking me through vehicle features, highlighting available offers/incentives, or helping with model comparisons. Overall the process took many hours more than it should have and I probably should have trusted my gut and went to a different dealership to finalize a purchase. Car had a load of problems (not the dealership's fault, but Mazda's fault due to poor workmanship). Constantly misaligned steering, buzzing/vibrating engine at certain speeds, and a complete transmission failure at 8,000 miles on the odometer led to me visiting the service center many times over my last seven months of ownership. Communication was okay or poor at most times with the service department. The work got done each time, and loaners were made available, but the overall experience working with the survey department leads me to believe that they are understaffed or new procedures need to be put in place to ensure customers are kept up to date with what is happening while their vehicle is in for service. More

Thought it was very expensive to get a new key fob. They did it and it worked but apparently they needed to do an inspection and did a car wash as well. Russ was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the issue with my vehicle, understand my position, and worked with me to achieve a resolution. He offered transportation without me needing to ask and that process was seamless. He also got my vehicle back to me earlier than expected which was a huge plus! More

Russ made my day when he had my seat motor replaced the same day and under warranty. Having the stress of my seat failing a 3rd time in less than 2 years and not knowing how it would play out quickly beca same day and under warranty.
