Total lack of courtesy and professionalism Called Flammer 9:30 on 11/23 to make a financial commitment on a used car and he said I'll call you back within a half hr. He finally called me 6 hrs later to tell me car had been sold.I was on the phone the nite before with Russ Silverstone trying to buy the same car and he also never called me back.I live over two and a half hrs away and was willing to give a $2000 deposit on this car and all I asked is for them to hold car for a week so I could make arrangements to pick it up.I am 78 yrs old and recently diagnosed with cancer and wanted to buy this car for my wife who has been out of town for a few days as I had no way to pick it up by myself. All I can say is"typical high pressure games from a dealership that I thought was reputable" More
