He new the product line and answered any questions we had, We took a test drive and discussed the difference in our old car and the new Fusion. The Technology in the Fusion is impressive. The engine I chose is the 2.5 with no turbo. I had already test drove last year the other two engines at a different dealership. We did own a 2007 Mercury Milan with a V6 so this Fusion is different in response, but not that bad either. More

I stopped in just to inquire and ended up purchasing the vehicle. The salmon, Rick, was very helpful and the sales manager was also involved in the sale. I also spoke to Mark Flammer, the owner, who told me to let him know if there was anything he could do to help. I feel I paid a little more then I wanted but the vehicle is worth the extra money. I would strongly recommend this dealership. More

All the little things that made an excelle buying experience I needed a low mileage car that got good gas mileage as a graduation gift for my niece who lives in another state. She was careless about her credit, and although only 23, she had already gotten really bad deals on three cars. She ultimately traded each in for yet another problem car, and each trade resulted in another big loss in value, and another loan at 20%. Now she needed a reliable car to start a new job. My wife and I decided we had to step in and stop this nonsense. We also wanted to help her build up her credit score, so it was important to have hew name on the title and loan agreement. I looked for a nice used car on line and at several local dealerships, and found exactly what we needed- a late model Ford with low mileage and factory guarantee at Flammer Ford. They offered us a very good price, no pressure and no hassle. But manager Russ Silverstone did so much more. He found financing (at 4.7%), got it registered in North Carolina for her, managed all communications with her car insurance company, communicated with our niece to ensure all the paperwork was perfect, sent all the paperwork overnight to her, advised us on the best way to help her credit score, helped us choose an extended warranty that I had asked for, and had everything done in four days. The salesman went over the car's features on delivery and gave it to us with 3/4 tank of gas. Most impressive was the great communication as they kept our niece and us informed on progress during the sale process. The final price was about $1,700 less than similar vehicles I found on the internet. I was very impressed! More
