I was born and raised right here in Fort Wayne. I attended South Side High School as well as IU. I have one daughter named Joclyn and three grandsons. In our “Extended Family” we have a Dog named Jake. I enjoy bass fishing, camping, and golfing in my spare time and I pride myself in being a professional and enjoying life!

Changed the deal we agreed on after I drove 2 hours to get there. Customer service is a joke haven't returned calls or emails. Didn't take anytime to go over my new vehicle and pretty much rushed me throu get there. Customer service is a joke haven't returned calls or emails. Didn't take anytime to go over my new vehicle and pretty much rushed me through the whole buying process after not keeping their word on the deal we agreed on. Very unhappy would not recommend them to anyone. Russ the salesman was a good guy. Nick in management was the worst lied to me and changed the deal we originally had set up and talked about several times on the phone and email. Then just walked away and threw it at finance to deal with after I drove 2 hours on his word to buy my vehicle. They didn't even give me the keyless entry door code to my vehicle. Not very professional and not a way to run a business. Still waiting to hear back from them. More

Best part - no pressure, helpful, relaxed search for vehicle The big difference with O'Daniel was the lack of pressure. I had shopped at 2 other large dealerships here in Fort Wayne. The first thing was always t The big difference with O'Daniel was the lack of pressure. I had shopped at 2 other large dealerships here in Fort Wayne. The first thing was always to take me into the dealership, sit down, gather a lot of info from me, and then show me vehicles. I was told at one dealership that I was asking too much for my price range. When I stopped at O'Daniel, Russ came out and just talked with me. He asked what I was looking for. I already had a couple makes in mind, and one on the website. He showed me the vehicles I was considering. I actually left there and waited to see if my back would work from getting in and out of the vehicle. When it didn't, I went back. I never entered the dealership until my 2nd visit to get the keys for a test drive. It was a very pleasant experience, relaxed and no pressure. They did not waste my time trying to see how much car I could buy. They listened to what I wanted. At other places my husband and I felt like we were being held hostage while the salesman kept going to his boss to make a deal. This was the best experience we had while shopping for an SUV. More
