On Monday morning, my tire icon lit up and sounded an alert. I was due for a routine service visit anyway, so I called O'Daniel and Nick answered. I asked if I could drop off my car after a 10 AM meeting ended. Nick said if I could drop it off now, he'd work me in; otherwise, it would have to be the next day. It was 7:58 AM and the online meeting I was hosting would begin at 8:30. O'Daniel was 10 minutes away. On the phone, I reported my mileage (128,000+) and asked if Nick could get me a loaner and paperwork ready. When I arrived, a technician was ready with the service tag, Nick had the paperwork ready for me to sign, and he gave me the key fob to a beautiful CX5 hybrid with less than 400 miles on it. The entire transaction took 2 minutes, and I was in front of my computer at my home office, ready to host my meeting at 8:17....19 MINUTES AFTER I REQUESTED SERVICE. BRAVA! More

We just purchased our third CX 5 from O'Daniel. You have to test drive a CX 5 to appreciate how good of a vehicle it is.
