We spent several months online shopping, so that we could be very informed buyers. Between the two of us, we looked at thousands of vehicles over that time span and even took a few for test drives. It just so happened that we we both found a Chrysler Town and Country we liked at Odaniel Mazda. I decided to go take a look in person. She, on the other hand, was emailing back and forth with Russ Stanski from the sales team. They were extremely helpful to both of us. With their guidance, they helped us figure out that we were both inquiring about the same vehicle. They were very kind, informed, and offered little pressure. Finally we decided to purchase. They made that just as easy by working with us on the price and finding a bank in Maryland that would finance for a low rate. We've had the vehicle for a month now, and we couldn't be more thrilled. Without a doubt, Russ and the rest of the people on the Odaniel Mazda team will be the first people I contact when it's time for me to upgrade vehicles, of course something with a third row to accolade our growing family:) More

Staff was great from the sales to financing department. They went way above and beyond to help me get a car in my budget and seemed concerned when my son fell up the ramp at this store. They rushed to give him bandaids and spray for his knee. Gave me a car to drive to get my paystub and utility bill cause the car I was driving wasn't in good enough shape to have a child in. Its hard to find one person in a company that cares about people more less an entire store of peolpe who care. For that I thank you from the bottom of my heart. We were met by Russ when we arrived and he was very helpful, pulling up a used car for us instead of walking all over the lot on a cold windy day. We examined 2 different vehicles and decided to return the following day to test drive the 2 cars. We ultimatedly decided to make an offer for a car and received a good price which we accepted. Russ was knowledgeable on the cars available and helpful throughout the process. We also met Jess, service manager during our visit. When a question arose after we were home Jess returrned our car and answered the question. We would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to our friends. More
