Had car towed in Sept. 8, left with Ben. He notified me late the following Monday car needed a new computer which would take a month plus $1800. Mentioned might be lookin 8, left with Ben. He notified me late the following Monday car needed a new computer which would take a month plus $1800. Mentioned might be looking for another car. Next day I was introduced to Russ, a lovely man. He had a 2021 Nissan sitting there that he showed me. Drove it and agreed to purchase with $17k down. Got home, contacted insurer to change cars, they immediately notified me car was recalled. Now I traded my broken old car for one with potential problems for a lot of money. I now owe around $15k. Russ said he couldn’t have known about recall. Contacted Nissan. Sent letter re: recall. They don’t even have the parts. Am I upset about all of this and the money it’s costing me to purchase this car? I’m 84 years old and feel I was taken advantage because of my age. More

The dealership lied to me about the pricing on the vehicle. I put down a $1,000.00 deposit with a specific price. I waited for a year & when it came in the MSRP went up but I understood & was OK with vehicle. I put down a $1,000.00 deposit with a specific price. I waited for a year & when it came in the MSRP went up but I understood & was OK with that. Wayne Akers Ford forced me to buy their appearance protection package for $1,500.00 which I didn't want or need. I went 2 weeks before the vehicle came in & told them I didn't want the protection package. When the vehicle came in they put they package on the vehicle without my approval & said they couldn't take it off. The dealership said it was a "miscommunication" on their part & I had to pay for it even though I didn't order it. When I came in to get my vehicle I spoke with Diego & he told me I had to take it as is & that I couldn't afford the vehicle & to get out of the dealership. I purchased the truck becauseI waited a whole year. I also ordered the spray in bedliner package which was supposed to include the tie down kit C. The dealership kept the tie down kit. Wayne Akers Ford has the worst buying experience & I will be telling all my friends & family NOT to buy there. More
