Russell was easiest salesperson I have ever dealt with. From the time I put down my deposit through delivery we was very quick in his responses to any questions. I had an issue with the wheels shortly after taking the car home and Russell helped get me to the right service advisor to resolve. I am an hour away, but plan to use Criswell service given my overall experience. Much appreciated! More
