Outstanding experience It was an excellent experience for me after running around all day in different car dealers. When I stepped into the DCH Toyota I felt like home. There was no pressure of buying, there was no rushing from them. I actually went there 20 minutes before they close. They gave me ample time to decide my car and stayed one and half hour more to help me complete my deal. I specially want to thank Russell and Arnaud for their brotherly suggestions and outstanding service. I really appreciate that they waited late that night to help me get my car. I am so impressed. "o what a feeling..... Toyota!" I came in this past Friday, March 4th, 2016 with my friend to turn in my 2013 lease & look for another Venza to lease or purchase. I immediately ask I came in this past Friday, March 4th, 2016 with my friend to turn in my 2013 lease & look for another Venza to lease or purchase. I immediately asked for Giovanni (Manciple Millan) since I had stopped in at DCH Brunswick a month ago to look around since my lease was ending soon. Giovanni was EXTREMELY helpful then, so naturally we looked for him on Friday. He showed us another Venza, also a 2013, that was an XLE. After driving the car, (a beauty in blizzard pearl), we sat down to go thru details. After reviewing everything, it was cheaper to buy rather than lease. I was amazed that not only was I able to turn my car in that night, but I could drive off with my 'new' Venza as well! This is my second time dealing with DCH Brunswick, and now, just like back in 2013, I would HIGHLY recommend ANYONE to go see them BEFORE going anywhere else! We also had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Russell Hill for financing for the first time. It was very close to closing time, and not once did he rush us when we posed questions regarding purchasing the additional GAP insurance or the extended warrantee. He was able to provide me with the lowest price for the additional coverages, as well as making us feel comfortable asking various questions. He was a blessing straight from the LORD!
