In the mean time I had tried different dealers, one of them from different Toyota dealership with no luck getting close to what I was looking for. Finally I decided to visit DCH Brunswick Toyota dealership. The moment I entered the dealership, I felt 'good people' around me unlike other white collar chest out salesman in different dealerships. I had feeling that I will go home with new car today. I met smiling Jacquelyn who then introduced me to Carlos who never let me feel that I am talking to yet another client money sucking salesman. He made me feel home, showed me the car I was interested in and helped close the deal with the help of Cash (not sure if spelling it right here). They finally met the offer I was given earlier with reasonable trade-in value of my old car. Over all, it was great experience there for my new RAV4. After originally purchasing my first scion from him I went back knowing I wanted another one. Unfortunately there were none in stock but he went out of his way to search for the car that I wanted. Two days later I get a call from him telling me he was one his way back to the dealer with my dream car that I was searching for. I appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond to get me my car. It was a very pleasant shopping experience because I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and wasn't force to look at different cars when it wasn't available. I have purchased many vehicles at this dealership but this time around was the most pleasant and easiest experience I had so far. I found Bharat, Russell, and Lisa to be professional, honest, not pushy, and took the time to answer my answers. Bharat and Lisa really focused on what deal (purchasing or leasing) made the most sense for my personal driving needs. The next day after my purchase I had some further questions about numbers on my leasing contract; therefore, I sent an email to Lisa on the next day which was Sunday expecting her to respond on Monday. However, within minutes of sending the email Lisa responded with the answers. I have recommended this dealership to many others and will continue to so. More

Not once but twice! The first time around we were introduced to Rupert. He really went above and beyond for us as customers. After leaving disappointed at fist Rupert called us next day to ensure us to trust in him and Dch to find the car we wanted. Rupert personally went and picked up the vehicle and we had our car just like he promised. 3 weeks later we decided to do it again and Rupert was our first and only choice. Again his follow up process was flawless and we left with car #2 within 3 weeks. Rupert is great and a great asset to DCH. Job well done ! More

My experience with DCH Brunswick was wonderful. I was nervous about getting a car as my 2003 Corolla was showing signs of aging at 200k miles. I found a beautiful 2012 Camry on line and locked into a gre nervous about getting a car as my 2003 Corolla was showing signs of aging at 200k miles. I found a beautiful 2012 Camry on line and locked into a great price. It had low milage and the color I was dying to have. I got a quick response to my inquiry from Bob Belpedio who made an early appt with me the next day and who greeted me in the showroom. Bob was very kind and never made me feel pressured. He introduced me to Danny Alves who was so respectful in the way he spoke with me and patiently answered my questions. We joked around and it didn't feel like I was making a difficult decision. Danny was efficient in getting me the deal I needed to get behind the wheel of my gorgeous 2012 Clearwater Blue Camry. He then handed me over to Russell Hill the finance guy. Russell was fabulous and gave me a good education on the various additional options. I was very happy to be offered a comprehensive 125k mile service package as I like to keep my cars for the long haul. Russell was also efficient and respectful of my time. He explained everything about the financing and I signed with no fears. While I was with Russell, Lisa Ocasio, the dealer manager stopped in and introduced herself to me. She was so friendly even though she had a showroom full of customers she took the time to thank me for my business. After I got the keys to my car, Saied, Gave me a full demonstration of the car, including paring my IPhone with my car bluetooth. It was awesome! I asked Saied if this color was a popular Camry color and he said "only with the ladies" .. I began my search for a car with trepidation and ended up Elated!! More
