His involvement is terrific and what a calm and matured handling. He walked with me personally to all the models that were displayed and finally explained all the features of the car I selected and also demonstrated the use of each feature in order to have the full cofidence while driving a new car. We just purchased a new Camry SE and this had to be one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Ray Medina, our primary contact person and sales associate, did an awesome job. He was very attentive and made the whole experience a very pleasant one, being patient with our endless questions. Little did we know that when we walked into the dealership to test drive the car again, we would be driving it home the very same day! And did I fail to say that this DCH dealership went to another DCH dealership during the previous week to retrieve this car. Everyone we dealt with were professional and courteous. In addition to Ray, Alan, Russell and Said were great. Said was very patient and took the extra time to explain all the features of the car. One last comment: Ray stayed with us until we drove the car off the lot to make sure we were good with everything. . When have you seen that done! Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience. More

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. Even though I had to wait a few minutes to see a sales person since I arrived at noon, they offered me water and engaged me in conversation ab smile. Hamsa was the young gentlemen that sold me the car. He crunched numerous numbers for me until I found an amount that was affordable for me that matched a vehicle that I liked. I truly appreciated his patience in answering all of my questions and showing me the basics and amenities of the cars I test drove. The next person I interacted with was Russell the manager. Again, Russell was just as professional and courteous as everyone else I met that day. I made it clear that I didn't want my overall payment to exceed a certain amount but that there were certain extras that I wanted. We were able to meet at a number that was acceptable to me and almost within the range I was looking for. I felt valued and appreciated. Thank you DCH for making me feel like family. More

After being disappointed with several other Toyota dealerships I gave DCH Brunswick Toyota a call even though it was a bit far from my house. Rahim was so incredibly helpful over the phone and we set up an appointment for me to come in and meet with a sales associate. When I had to cancel my appointment last minute Rahim and I were able to reschedule by email and as soon as I could make it in he had a sales associate ready to meet with me again. I met with Danny and the process was a very smooth one. Russell was so helpful and patient with me regarding additional services and financing. I have a second Toyota with the lease about to expire and the only dealership I'll even consider going to is DCH Brunswick Toyota. Thanks again for the excellent service! More

I have never had an easier experience at a car dealership. My husband and I went in knowing what we wanted and what we wanted to pay, and within 10 minutes we had a quote for exactly what we want dealership. Lisa, the manager, was truly amazing - I've bought or leased many cars over the years and it is extremely rare to walk into a dealership and find a manager so straightforward and helpful - she truly made this experience a pleasure, which is something I never would have been able to have said in the past. Every person we dealt with was nice and totally accommodating, right down to Russell, who even got us to purchase an extended warranty, something we've never bought at the same time we purchased a car. I totally recommend! More
