For those waiting for service, the waiting area is very nice. The best part of our experience was working with Russell. Russell was very professional, friendly and spent a lot of time working with us, without high pressure. He let us drive as many vehicles as we wanted to drive, just kept pulling them out for us if we wanted to see something different. After landing one we wanted to buy, the process was quick, they found us an excellent interest rate, and they were very accommodating. If we ever buy another Lexus in the future, Russell has won our future business. Thank you, Russell! Also a shout out to Eric, who was great. We bought during COVID, but he stood by the vehicle and walked us through some key features, got our cell phones set up and was very helpful. Thanks, Eric! More
