Had an excellent buying experience! Started looking at 2020 model but ended up buying a 2021 due to factory availability. Our sales rep, Russell Morgan, walked us through the entire process and after the order was placed, kept us informed and up to date on build status and vehicle arrival. On date of vehicle pickup, Russell guided us through all the vehicle's features especially those associated with the electronics and safety features. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He spent all the time we needed to make sure we were comfortable with the vehicle before leaving the dealership. I have to say that the buying experience was the best I have ever experienced. I would definitely select Toyota of Rockwall and Russell Morgan for my next car buying experience and highly recommend them to others. Definitely 5 stars!!! More
