I was making a move from Maryland to Texas and needed to find just the right Highlander in a hurry. Even with the craziness of the market during the pandemic, Russ came through for me and found the vehicle find just the right Highlander in a hurry. Even with the craziness of the market during the pandemic, Russ came through for me and found the vehicle that checked all the boxes. He was on vacation when it came time for pickup, but he’d fully briefed Paul and it was a seamless transition! Both gentlemen were wonderful to work with - I felt heard and cared about, and left with the car I wanted when I needed it. Big thumbs up! I’ll be recommending Rockwall Toyota to everyone and intend to be a customer for years to come!
