I was reviewing my paperwork this morning and noticed another sales agent's name on my worksheet, and immediately called the dealership as I detested that agent and didn't wish him to obtain any kind of credit for any business that I conducted. This is my second purchase from Toyota of Rockwall, and I love the dealership. I've had my car serviced in the dealership and haven't found the culture to be exceptional.
