3 years ago I was in an accident and my vehicle was totaled. Luckily no one was injured but I was out of a vehicle. At that time I was looking to switch to a different brand and a friend recommend for totaled. Luckily no one was injured but I was out of a vehicle. At that time I was looking to switch to a different brand and a friend recommend for me to head to Elkins Chevrolet in Marlton. I didn’t know what to expect nor what I was looking for. The team at Elkins Chevrolet listened to me and worked with me for a vehicle that would fit my wants and needs. Three years ago I leased my very first truck which was a 2018 Silverado. I loved my truck and had a wonderful experience with the sales and finance department. I serviced with them for the past three years because I knew my truck and I were in good hands. 3 years came to an end and it was time to make a decision to either purchase or lease once again. This time I worked with Russel Stamm within sales and it was like coming home and seeing family. I spoke with Russel over the phone multiple times and he was as professional as can be. When we finally headed to the Dealership Russel was friendly and as professional as he was on the phone. We test drove a 2021 Silverado LT Trail Boss that day. This was a wonderful truck to drive and was an upgrade from my previous Silverado. I worked with Russel in regards to numbers and he worked with the co-owner Adam to make things work for the purchase. Once we came to an agreement for the price Adam came out to congratulate my wife and I on our new purchase. I worked with Mike within finance to sign the paperwork and go over everything and he was just as friendly and professional as Russel and Adam. I drove away happy and in love with my new truck. My wife and I had a wonderful experience once again at our Dealership. Looking for a new vehicle HAD BEEN a very difficult and stressful experience until I reached out online to someone on Elkins Chevrolet website. I wasn’t even too sure of what I wanted and visited a few de stressful experience until I reached out online to someone on Elkins Chevrolet website. I wasn’t even too sure of what I wanted and visited a few dealerships in Pennsylvania (where I live) the previous week. Each dealership I visited before Elkins tried to get me to finance a vehicle when I wasn’t really interested in doing so, did not take me seriously when I said I wanted to buy a car outright with cash, and also made me feel inadequate as if THEY knew what was best for me. I even had a location completely shut me down at the thought of financing as I have been out of work since March and got up and left the desk even though I had no problem buying the vehicle outright. But EVERYTHING from the moment I wrote to Elkins, I immediately had a good feeling. Someone contacted me within minutes regarding the request. Their General Sales Manager reached out shortly after to confirm the availability of the vehicle and to see about setting up an appointment and corresponded with me well after their business hours. When my boyfriend and I arrived we were warmly greeted by Russell Stamm who was amazing throughout the whole process. He was beyond knowledgeable and helpful. He explained to me every option I had for buying a car and not once did I feel like he was talking down to me or judging me based on my physical appearance which was something that all the other dealerships did. He also let me speak, offered suggestions and had no interest in telling me what he thought I should do and what was in my best interests. He laid everything out and wanted to find a solution to get me a vehicle I was happy with and make it so that I felt comfortable in whatever decision I made. It was like I knew Russell for years. Long story longer, I left with a Chevy Equinox. There was no haggling as that’s something I had heard from other dealers recently (cash is not king anymore they all said) but I must say, that this specific edition of Equinox I wanted, I was able to find at other locations around the country but each and everyone I found was at least $1,500 more, with more miles, AND was not a certified pre-owned vehicle. They gave a very fair/generous amount for my 20 year old trade-in and same for my boyfriend who decided to trade in his vehicle and upgrade to a bigger truck after by chance he happened to see something in their parking lot while I was signing papers. After some research of his own, he too found a very specific model Chevy Silverado that was thousands less than any other dealership not only in the area but in the country, with less miles, and was also a certified pre-owner as many of the others he found were not. I feel like everything at this location is priced very competitively and if there is something you see and have an opportunity to buy, JUMP ON IT!!! Because of the experience both my boyfriend and I had at Elkins Chevrolet, I will never, ever, ever go anywhere else to buy a car. The professionalism and class that each and every employee had while I was there is something that’s invaluable and something I’ve never found in a dealership, also something I don’t think I will find anywhere else. For as long as this dealership is in existence I will be a customer for life!!!! Thank you so much Russell and the rest of the team for making this such a pleasurable experience!!! More
