This was my fourth Wrangler and my 3rd purchased from Hill-Kelly. I was finally able to special order my dream Jeep; a Rubicon with every single option available. Only a Wrangler owner truly understands that comment! Every day it sat on the lot, potential buyers would ask if it was for sale. Rusty and Will helped me place the order, and they understood my vision and saw to it that it happened! It did take 6 months to get to the dealership but I was made aware by Rusty back in August that there was an impending UAW strike and it would slow down delivery. It was worth the wait! I have no regrets and loved every step of the process. More

An unfortunate event happened a few days after the purchase that their team could not have predicted, and the check engine light came on. Without hesitation Prince, the Used Car manager and service team took the truck back in for service and made all repairs necessary for me to have a reliable truck once again, because they knew that was the proper thing to do. They made it right. They truly care about their customers and will stand behind the vehicles they sell to ensure you’re walking away feeling valued and that your money is being put in the right place. The worst. Sleazy unprofessional. Used predatory scare tactics about a recall that was very minor to scare my wife and young children into closing a deal. Bo th Sleazy unprofessional. The car sold was an absolute xxx. Tons of electrical issues. Jeep has been horrible to deal with over warranty issues. Went to trade for our car back, agree to everything and said they would deliver since we are out of state. Well morning of I get a call saying I they didn’t send the car like they were supposed to. Overall an exhausting and terrible experience. Car people get a reputation of being sleazy, lying, unprofessional people. The employees of this dealership fit the stereotype perfectly. You are simply a dollar figure and not a customer. They do not care about your family or well being. They are predators and looking to take advantage of you More

First off, my salesman Tim was extremely pleasant and helpful. His sales manager, however, not so much. I went into the dealership looking for a specific truck. They didn’t have it, but Tim showed me so helpful. His sales manager, however, not so much. I went into the dealership looking for a specific truck. They didn’t have it, but Tim showed me something close. After a test drive, although this wasn’t my perfect truck, if the price was right I’d gladly purchase it. Knowing this, we went through the numbers a few times and unfortunately they ended up just above my maximum willing payment. Again, I’d be more inclined to take this offer for the perfect truck, but this one was missing a few key items for me. After telling the sales manager that I’d have to decline, I’d need a lower price for me to justify taking the truck that they have in inventory over my ideal truck, he threw the most unprofessional temper tantrum I’ve ever seen from a grown man. This guy did everything short of cursing me out right there on the sales floor. Even my salesman apologized for him. Before this incident, I was certain that when I was ready, this would be my dealership to buy from, but after this sales manager’s tantrum, I’m extremely reluctant to ever give them mine or my families business. More
