A word of praise for Rusty Hoag in management, Lisa Frausel in the service dept., and Justin Mocadlo in finance, as I had dealings with them. Robert also followed up to make sure I was happy with the car. Boast Volkswagen is customer service oriented which is rare these days. I would recommend Robert and this dealership to anyone. More

Ever since I purchased my first Pre-Owned car at their dealership, years ago, I was “hooked”. Yesterday, as I purchased my 3rd car, it was just another great experience. I was just as impressed with their professionalism and kind approach as I was years ago. Rusty Hoag, Manager, and Dave Rook, Salesman, were awesome in working together to get me the right car. They really took the time to listen, and give me good advice. They are very knowledgeable, went above and beyond without being pushy. It's fair to say that Rusty and Dave truly give new meaning to the word “car buying”. It's undeniable that they're not only in the business to “just sell”. They obviously care about the people who buy. A rare virtue, very much appreciated by a female Sr. like myself. Kudos also to Justin Mocadio in the finance department.
