Went in for a complimentary lof and a brake noise from the front. Was told at first the brakes may be warranty due to the dealership putting aftermarket brakes on my truck and making noise 4 months later the front. Was told at first the brakes may be warranty due to the dealership putting aftermarket brakes on my truck and making noise 4 months later after purchase. They said they wanted to replace them with oem instead of aftermarket under warranty. And said it would be 850 to replace them. Then I asked if they could help me with it since they put the aftermarket brakes on in the first place when it was traded in and checked out. They dropped the price down to $500. I said ok to the brakes. Then I test drove the vehicle and the brakes where still squeaking. The technician then took the vehicle back on a test drive with me heard the noise then fixed the issue. The technician was very helpful in helping me understand why the brakes brakes would still be squeaking. Thought I wouldnt have to spend anything but pay for the tire rotation. Thought the dealership would understand there mistake. Of putting the aftermarket brakes on in the first place. More
