Good dealership overall I called and inquired on a used vehicle. The internet sales employee gave me an ok price, but told me if I make the four hour drive, they could potent I called and inquired on a used vehicle. The internet sales employee gave me an ok price, but told me if I make the four hour drive, they could potentially work out something better. When I arrived, James Major told me a price higher than what I was told over the phone and said he couldn’t go lower. I told James I was already quoted a price lower(than his lowest) by his coworker and he said “Ok, we can do that” like it was not a problem. This immediately gave me a bad impression. I then proceeded to negotiate for three hours for a lower price. I showed them competive prices and they would not go lower. I also asked for a Carfax report and they would not provide me one.(so I paid $40 for one myself) In their defense, they had history report from another company, but I wanted multiple sources. Even more so, given they were so adamant on not providing a CarFax. They also did not have the car at this dealership so I had to drive another 25 min in the opposite direction of my four hour drive home to see the snow covered vehicle. After negotiating price(and getting nowhere) then making the drive to the other dealership, I got home after midnight. After reasearching, buying a carfax and speaking to Tim, I decided to purchase the vehicle. During the back and forth emails between Tim, I requested a window sticker, but was unable to provide one. This was a bit frustrating because the options on the vehicle were not clear on the webpage. This resulted in several hours of research to get a digital version of the window sticker on my own. I returned to the dealership and my request to look under the vehicle was granted and Tim was very nice. The mechanic even gave me a flashlight to look at the underbody. All together the 2nd visit was much better. I was passed around to at least four different employees who tried to sell me some kind of product or protection plan. Who all proceeded to give me the same look that cell phone store employees give me when I buy a phone with no plans or marked up accessories. After I refused to feed this dealership additional money, they sent me to financing and everything went smoothly. Once I got in the car I looked in the glove box and the window sticker for the car was in there. Granted, not a big issue, but if Tim would have looked I’m the glove box, this could have saved me the emails and hours of research to obtain it from another source. I’m writing this review two months after purchase and the car looks great and drives great. The last issue I had was the two month period it took for them to get the title. When I spoke with Tim, he acted as if this was very common. I have purchased multiple vehicles(in state and out of state)and have never had to wait two months for a title. After the temp plate expired they dealership sent me an extension. This was essentially a piece of paper I kept in my glove box, but resulted in me driving with an expired tag on my back window for a month. It’s always fun driving back and forth to work and having high anxiety when you see a cop. Despite the issues I had, I would recommend this dealer. Most of the employees I met appeared to love money 1st and customers 2nd, but the car sold to me was as advertised and that’s what matters in the end. More

Best car buying experiance I've had in a long time I just purchased a new 2018 Stingray Corvette and the experience was outstanding. From my first contact with Ryan via Internet sales, to my sales person Melanie who took over once I stopped in, and all others in between (Mark, Justin, Henry and Barth). I simply cant say enough about how great it was working with the entire team. I'm one to ask a lot of questions and everyone was always patient and extremely helpful. I will be back when I'm ready to get another. This isn't something I can say about most dealerships, but THANK YOU! Can't wait for the weather to clear so I can drive the STING!!!!! More

Pleasant experience I gave Phillips Chevy a great rating because I walked in thinking I wasn’t going to get the truck I wanted and Shaun and the staff made it happen.
