Ryan is a true professional and to be honest not a real salesperson. Not a real salesperson in the sense that he does not push you into a corner or make you feel obligated to purchase a vehicle. Instead, he uses honesty and respect towards his customers to make them feel comfortable to come to the table. I just purchased a new 2024 F150 XLT in which I thought I would not be buying two days ago. We were not in a hurry to purchase but we did have a check in hand. Also, we live almost 45minutes away with our attention with our kids after school activities. When Ryan called me, I told him that if the price is right I will definitely purchase that day and did not want to waste my time. Ryan understood and assured me that the truck will be ready. We arrived with the truck already parked in front for us to view. The truck had more to offer than other dealerships in which provided doubt as to reaching our target number price. The doubt faded as Ryan came out the door and greeted me by name and a firm handshake. He was very respectful towards my wife and offered us coffee. Ryan immediately recited my goals and said that we can get right to it. Within 30 minutes we were discussing with his finance department. After a few words, we thought it was not going to happen so we shook hands and thank him for trying. As soon as we got into our car, he ran outside and said congratulations, the truck is yours! It was awesome! Very rare to see an individual to go out of his way to make our goals into reality. Soon after, he got the truck cleaned and topped off our gas. We would not have purchased a truck without Ryan's integrity, honesty and respectfulness. Highly recommend working with Ryan. Timothy Miller More
