Brian met me with a firm handshake and a desire to get me into the vehicle immediately. Very friendly, made small talk and shared some good laughs throughout. This dealership is BUSY, they move a huge volume of new and used vehicles. I thought the team may be more concerned about closing high dollar deals and the customer service would slip. WRONG. After Brian walked me through the vehicle and went on a test drive with me, he was called into another sale, so I was asked to work with Sean. I thought I was just getting pawned off in hopes I wouldn't be committed. WRONG. Sean worked tirelessly with me, going to bat for me time and time again, alongside the sale manager Ryan, to get me into my vehicle at the price I wanted to pay. They know the ins and outs of this industry and pulled out all the stops to get me into my dream vehicle at any price. Truly could not have asked for a better team to work with. Although I spent the better part of the day at the dealership and didn't end up buying until Monday, but the team at Ray Chevrolet made everything happen in order to win my business.
