I feel that they have poor communication skills within the organization. My salesman did a good job of trying to rectify the situation and I ultimately purchased a different car, but I think this dealership needs to be more honest to the customers up front instead of trying to get people in the door. I drove from over an hour away thinking I was going to purchase a car I've wanted for over a year and left with a car that I feel I had no choice in buying. I also specifically stated I didn't want added warranties and they ended up adding them into the loan. Luckily I was able to get them to remove them when they rewrote the paperwork for the car I did end up buying. More

Absolutely amazing! I have been seeing Hugo since I was born! I tried to go into the dealership on a day where he wasn't there and it was TERRIBLE and I left in tears. Hugo caught wind of it, called my cell phone, and assured me it would be better if I came in and saw him, and we made an appointment. From the second I walked in the door, everyone was so sweet and funny! I drove the car I really liked, they made an extremely reasonable offer on my used car thanks to Ryan, and gave me the papers to sign. I was then transferred to Tony in finance, who worked endlessly to get me a better rate, and figured out how to include an extended warranty WHILE keeping my payments low! George, the GM, is absolutely delightful. If you don't choose this dealership, you are insane! More
