First time I purchased a Mercades Benz, first time coordinating purchase from Bob Penkhas. I have bought multiple vehicles in the past which proved difficult. At Bob Penkhaus, the test drive was eas coordinating purchase from Bob Penkhas. I have bought multiple vehicles in the past which proved difficult. At Bob Penkhaus, the test drive was easy, the sales representative was very easy to speak to and the sales representative let us discuss price. I was in and out in a couple of hours with a trade in and exit with my new Mercades. They have gained my trust and respect and I will refer and return to purchase additional vehicles in the future. Sales were friendly but we signed for purchase of a vehicle and we’re then informed it was sold to someone else. We got an identical model but it seems staff aren’t clear on what vehicles are truly ava vehicle and we’re then informed it was sold to someone else. We got an identical model but it seems staff aren’t clear on what vehicles are truly available. Staff didn’t advise when we would get our check for balance due to us after purchase. Had to ask numerous times. Then we were told 2 weeks. We sold another car to a dealer and got paid on the spot. More
