Bryn provided the best customer service in any sales environment we have ever experienced. There was zero pressure from him, he allowed us to take our time in test driving and discussing our potential p environment we have ever experienced. When I worried we were taking too long, he reassured me I could take my time to find the right vehicle. Our conversations throughout the sale were calm and productive without any tension. A week after the purchase, their finance guy sent me a new contract because of “an error” that changed my interest rate (went up a half point) and added 3000 dollars of pork items (extended warrranty, key new contract because of “an error” that changed my interest rate (went up a half point) and added 3000 dollars of pork items (extended warrranty, key insurance, etc.) that I never asked for. When confronted, turns out the pork was in the first contract also, I just hadn’t noticed it in the pile of 20-30 papers they had me sign. When questioned he raised his voice and swore at me over the phone. Kudos to the gm who agreed to make it right. More

False promises and refusal to make it right. The value of the deal was fair considering the current vehicle market. They force add a $500 “theft guard” that I refused to have. After repeated attempts of adding this non-beneficial add-on (did not provide any discounts with my insurance) we settled on a 50/50 deal discounting the dealer add-on. I crossed out the $500 number and wrote $250 wrote it down on the offer sheet, signed and sales rep came back shaking my hand saying “you have a deal” after hours at the dealership, I took the car and went home. Reviewing the paperwork that wasn’t shown to me at the time of signing, I noticed the $500 was still there. When I confronted the sales man he advised me the sales manager crossed out what I put and added it to the deal anyways. I have been told this was going to be fixed and I have not seen the changes yet and it has been a a week. Shady practices, constant back and forth is no way to feel happy about my experience. Buyer beware. More
