Very poor service for my car’s POLYTRTRAFLUOROETHYLENE coating! Please review how your staff work! The service advisor told me that they will apply chemicals to all the parts of my car but upon checking i coating! Please review how your staff work! The service advisor told me that they will apply chemicals to all the parts of my car but upon checking it, I saw that the West Virginia and football logos were not removed as well as all the trunks in the front and back doors were not polished coz I saw the old stains that were there before the coating! Hence, the service of coating was not properly applied! I dont know to complain! It is good that there is like this kind of service evaluation! I am now voicing my dissatisfaction in the service they rendered! I think I have the right to complain because the cost is too expensive versus the service I got for my car!
