Overall wonderful experience working with the team at Spitzer. Very happy with our new RDX. One of the easiest car buying experiences I've had in a long time. Adam my salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job ushering me through the sales process. From beginning to end, it literally only took about 2 hours from initial test drive to driving the car home. The entire staff was efficient and genuinely courteous. This is the third automobile I've purchased from Spitzer Acura in McMurray, they will continue to receive my business. More

Dealership was clean, well organized, and inviting. Staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles and finance options. They allowed myself and those I brought with me to roam the lot prior to us approaching them when we were ready, they didn't act like vultures. Additionally, there was not immense pressure to purchase, the options were clearly laid out and I didn't feel like I had to make an on the spot decision, which was refreshing; they let the vehicle and the competitive price speak for itself. Finally, all staff spoke candidly, I never felt like I was just getting fed rehearsed pitches but rather having a genuine conversation. Also felt that I was given fair trade in value for my vehicle.
