I had an excellent experience at this dealership! This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle, along with financing. I was pretty amazed at how streamlined the process was. Semsa was delightful was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle, along with financing. I was pretty amazed at how streamlined the process was. Semsa was delightful with showing me the available civics and having me test drive and assist with the paperwork. Brook was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining all of my vehicle's options. Ryan was excellent with walking me through the financing portion and explaining how the numbers work. I really enjoyed the diversity of the team I dealt with. It felt great having a forward thinking company, with women and tattoo acceptance in the workplace, which is important to me as a tattooed woman myself. I never once felt like I was being talked down to, nor did anyone ignore me and talk to my husband instead. 10/10 would get my next car here and work with this team again! I hope they all get raises.
