Good experience buying a new car I had purchased a Fit when this dealership was under Sam Swope's ownership and found the experience to be a good one. I found the experience to be the same since the company was bought by Honda World. Andre was great to work with and I appreciated the no nonsense quality of the haggling about price. I am pretty sure I paid more than I should have all things considered, but I'm happy with the car, so that's fine. Ryan finalized the sale and worked to reduce the cost of additional options, again is a no-nonsense, but friendly style that I appreciated. Holly helped set up the settings and show me how the infotainment system worked. The only negatives really were the pitches to buy additional services, the harassing emails in week between test driving and purchasing, and the blank stares from the senior sales people when I was encouraged by Andre to voice my furstration about the emails. If I have to purchase a car again, I would be very likely to want to return to work with Andre over that. More
