I contacted the dealership twice (day before & day of) to confirm the vehicle was available and was told it was. When we arrived, it wasn't on the lot. It was at the garage, which was offsite, being detailed. With that said, we were unable to test driving the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle based on pics we saw online and the word of the sales team. And, they delivered it to us later that week!! We love it!! Thank you, Honda World!! We'll definitely be back!! More

I wasn’t sure if I would get it or not; but she kept trying to get my husband and her superior to agree on a price that was satisfactory for the buyer and the dealership. I appreciate her going to bat for us because she knew how much I wanted that exact car. We have bought our last three Honda’s at Swope/Honda World and that will never change. She is a special person who I am sure has to meet quota’s but she gave it her all. I also thank the manager who gave the “OK”.
